I spent a really lovely afternoon with the Association of Occupational Therapists of Ireland yesterday. They invited me to present a seminar on Delivering Dignified Care for Plus Sized Patients.
They have a newly formed special interest group – LOOAG (Living with overweight or obesity advisory group) to gather all of their expertise on this subject as a resource for the whole association.
We set a very ambitious agenda, aiming to give an insight into how it feels to be living life at size. I’ve copied the schedule below.
